Press Play, then tap T (or Space) on each barline as you listen — or drag the playhead (or click anywhere on the waveform) to line it up exactly, then tap to drop the point there. Drag a numbered marker to nudge it afterwards. For steady-tempo tracks: mark bar 1 and the last bar, then hit Auto-space. Drag the trim handles (or use "Set start/end here") to cut off count-ins or trailing silence, then Trim to selection to apply it.
